so does the source have to be on another page as your examples show? or could it be on the same page and therefore not have a source parameter?

may be a basic question but is there such a thing an variable arrays that can store lists? So far I have only ever stored one thing per variable and I assume 'My Other List' will have to store multiple text values in my case.

list-option value using variables
I'd like to populate a list-option drop down with a list of text items previously captured i.e. I want to have one input form to capture the names/labels for positions/roles. I then want to create a second form where the name of people occupying these roles can be captured by selecting the previously captured role name and then allowing them to add the persons name.
